The Human Figure - In Expression

I'm drawn to unusual postures when deciding what to sketch – the way the face moves, the body leans. I have been fortunate to be able to sketch these wonderful models and love their expressive poses, from Raw Umber Studios in Stroud, UK.

From physical expressions of intense emotions to subtle displays of thought, these sketches work beautifully grouped together or displayed individually.

In charcoal or chalk and pastels, the mark-making of each original portrait or figure drawing is highlighted in the print. The paper is heavyweight 200gsm fine enhanced matte art paper.
